"Studying a law degree and starting as a graduate in the legal profession at this time is not what it once was."
I know this as I have been working in the legal profession for 20 years and have spent the last 7 years recruiting and growing graduates at a global law firm. Securing a legal graduate job at a top-tier global law firm is what so many law students graduating from the top law schools dream of but it takes planning, preparation, dedication and commitment. You are competing with some of the best, not just at your university, but across the country. And then once you have secured the grad role, developing your brand, reputation, performance and graduate success is key to your longevity in the firm, and in the profession.
I can help you navigate this process and give you the best chance in the elusive clerkship and graduate recruitment processes. By taking the time to understand your strengths, knowing what firms are seeking, and then knowing how to deliver this as a package that sets you apart in interviews and in social settings will provide the knowledge to walk the job seeking path with confidence.
